คณาจารย์และตัวแทนนักศึกษาแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ เข้าร่วมโครงการ USM NEXUS 2026: The International Leadership and Cultural Exchange
ณ Universiti Sains Malaysia ระหว่างวันที่ 15–17 มกราคม 2569 ณ School of Medical Sciences, Health Campus, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) ประเทศมาเลเซีย
โครงการดังกล่าวเป็นเวทีความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาแพทย์ในด้าน ภาวะผู้นำในระบบสุขภาพ (Leadership in Healthcare) การเรียนรู้ข้ามวัฒนธรรม (Cultural Competence) และการเป็น Change Agent ผ่านกิจกรรมการบรรยายจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับนักศึกษาจากหลากหลายประเทศ การเยี่ยมชมการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนวคิด SPICES model รวมถึงกิจกรรมด้านวัฒนธรรมและการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน
ในการนี้ นักศึกษาแพทย์ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Cultural Night และสามารถ คว้ารางวัลชนะเลิศ (Winner) จากการแสดงทางวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานเป็นทีม และการถ่ายทอดอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างเหมาะสมในบริบทพหุวัฒนธรรม
นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษาแพทย์ยังได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม NEXUS Echoes Youth Leadership Talks ซึ่งเปิดพื้นที่ให้นักศึกษาได้แสดงมุมมองด้านภาวะผู้นำ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และบทบาทของแพทย์ในระดับนานาชาติ
การเข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้นับเป็นประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนที่มีคุณค่า ช่วยส่งเสริมการเติบโตอย่างรอบด้านของนักศึกษาแพทย์ ทั้งในมิติวิชาชีพ จริยธรรม และการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม พร้อมต่อยอดสู่การเป็นแพทย์ที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ก้าวไกล มีความถ่อมตน ความจริงใจ และพร้อมสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงบวกในอนาคต
ในโอกาสนี้ คณะผู้เข้าร่วมขอขอบคุณสมโมสรนักศึกษาแพทย์, School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) ในฐานะเจ้าภาพหลักของโครงการ ที่ได้ให้เกียรติเชิญคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม รวมทั้งจัดโครงการได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม เป็นระบบ และเปี่ยมด้วยความอบอุ่นตลอดระยะเวลาการจัดงาน อันส่งผลให้โครงการประสบความสำเร็จและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคน

Faculty Members and Representative Medical Students Participated in USM NEXUS 2026: The International Leadership and Cultural Exchange, held from 15–17 January 2026 at the School of Medical Sciences, Health Campus, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
The programme serves as an international collaborative platform aimed at enhancing students’ competencies in leadership in healthcare, cultural competence, and change agency through keynote lectures, academic exchanges, exposure to the SPICES educational model, and community- and culture-based activities.
During the programme, the medical students participated in Cultural Night and were awarded Winner for their cultural performance. The achievement reflected their creativity, teamwork, and ability to present cultural identity respectfully within a multicultural setting.
Students also took part in the NEXUS Echoes Youth Leadership Talks, which provided a platform to share perspectives on leadership, social responsibility, and the role of future physicians in global and public health contexts.
Participation in USM NEXUS 2026 offered a valuable experiential learning opportunity beyond the classroom, fostering students’ holistic growth across professional, ethical, and social dimensions. The programme reinforces the development of future physicians who are culturally sensitive, humble, sincere, and equipped with a forward-looking vision to contribute positively to healthcare systems and society.
The faculty and students would also like to express their sincere appreciation to MedSoc, School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), the host of the programme, for the kind invitation and for organising an outstanding and well-coordinated event. The warm hospitality and excellent arrangements greatly contributed to the success of the programme and made it a truly memorable experience for all participants.
